We collect account details such as your name and email address; account-security information; the vendors, products and keywords you choose to track; preferences for notifications; support messages; billing status and limited payment details; and technical information needed to secure and operate the service.

We use this information to create and secure accounts, provide matching, alerts and briefs, process subscriptions, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, maintain and improve the service, and meet legal obligations. Our usual lawful bases are performance of our contract with you, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, and legal obligations. Where we ask for consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

We use service providers to host and operate Broadsheet, including Supabase for authentication and database services, Vercel for hosting and web analytics, Stripe for payments, Resend for service email, and AI providers for generating requested summaries and briefs. They process data only as needed to provide their services to us or as required by law.

Some providers may process data outside the United Kingdom or European Economic Area. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how visitors use our public website and improve it. This provides aggregated, anonymous information such as page views, referring sites, approximate location, browser and device type.

Vercel Web Analytics does not use cookies or track visitors across websites. We do not send account details, email addresses, or the content of your tracked products, alerts or briefs to this analytics service.

We retain account and service data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards where needed for security, billing, legal, dispute or record-keeping purposes. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data, but no system is completely secure.

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a portable copy of your personal data. You can change notification preferences in your account and unsubscribe from emails using the link in the message.

To exercise a privacy right or ask a question, contact help@anagramcyber.com. If you are in the UK, you may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. We may update this notice when our data practices change; material updates will be communicated through the service or email where appropriate.
